I am an experienced medical coder and auditor with a strong background in health information technology and revenue cycle management. I have worked across facility and professional fee coding, denials, revenue integrity and charge reconciliation to maximize reimbursement.
My work emphasizes compliance and accuracy: I routinely abstract codes from provider documentation, perform outpatient and facility audits, and maintain coding accuracy of 95%–97% while preparing 15–25 charts hourly. I routinely apply ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS and UB-92/1500 billing standards.
