I am an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a track record of high-speed recruitment for mid- to upper-level management and construction and engineering roles nationwide.
I have managed full-cycle recruiting, supervised HR teams, implemented onboarding and I-9 audits, and used HRIS tools including Ceridian Dayforce to streamline hiring and compliance. I created and maintained company training programs, supported badge and external program coordination, and led marketing and social media initiatives earlier in my career.
I took a career break to raise my newborn and hold NASM personal training and CPR/AED certifications; I am eager to return to a managerial HR role where I can apply my organizational, training, and people-focused strengths.
