Territory Manager and educator, using data systems to deliver life-saving training and support.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Territory Manager who oversees service and inspections for emergency oxygen tanks and AEDs, ensuring customers receive reliable scheduling, supply deliveries, and proactive support. I build and maintain data collection systems and files to keep operations organized and responsive.
In addition, I assess client needs to plan and implement Emergency Oxygen Administration classes and demonstrations. I take a commitment-first approach—anticipating needs and acting proactively to provide the highest level of service.
Before moving into territory management, I worked as a Content Developer at DynaVox Corporation, researching educational content to create software for students with disabilities. I collaborated with teams to align content with state standards, developed readers and related activities, and test marketed the product with teachers and students.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Teacher across multiple school districts, leading program design, skill assessment, educational planning, training development, and ongoing data collection and analysis. I also supervised up to six support staff, led professional development, and strengthened inclusive practices through collaboration with teachers, therapists, parents, and service providers.
