Eric Heller
@ericheller
I coordinate onboarding, training, accounts, and data-quality projects across diverse stakeholders.
What I'm looking for
I spent 28 years as a K-12 educator, most recently as a Physical Education teacher in Douglas County, Colorado, before relocating to Arkansas. Throughout my career, I built my reputation on clear communication, genuine relationship-building, and the ability to adapt my approach to whoever I was working with, whether that was a student, a parent, a colleague, or a business owner.
A few things I'm particularly proud of: I founded and independently ran my school's Archery Club from the ground up for five years, managing everything from planning and logistics to ongoing communication with families. Outside the classroom, I owned and operated an independent personal training and coaching business, where I handled client acquisition, scheduling, and service delivery entirely on my own in a self-directed, revenue-driven environment. I also spent two years directly teaching technology skills to young students, troubleshooting issues in real time and helping them build confidence with unfamiliar tools.
One experience that's shaped how I think about communication specifically: I spent nine years supporting English Language Learner students within a transitional bilingual program, learning functional Spanish to meet students where they were and staying attentive to what each individual needed. Earlier in my career, I also worked one-on-one with a non-verbal special education student learning to use a communication device, and I've since consulted with speech pathologists and device suppliers on adapting classroom technology for students with different needs.
I'm naturally organized and data-driven: I managed a full course load of 450+ students at a time, using formal assessment data to proactively identify who needed extra support before small issues became bigger ones. I've also completed structured, independent research and data-quality evaluation work, applying rubric-based scoring methods to strengthen consistency and accuracy.
I'm now looking to bring these same strengths, communication, relationship-building, training, problem-solving, and genuine care for the people I work with, into a new professional context. I'm particularly interested in roles like Implementation Specialist, Customer Success Manager or Coordinator, Corporate Training Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Account Support roles: positions where I can help people succeed with a product, process, or program, the same way I helped students and clients succeed for nearly three decades. I'm a fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools and systems quickly, and I thrive in roles built around proactive communication rather than cold outreach.
