What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital transformation and process-improvement work, partnering with senior stakeholders to turn complex operational needs into scalable, evidence-based solutions and successful change implementation.

I'm leading complex work streams for Highland Council's organisational design and transformation programme, supporting delivery of its Future Operating Model. I translate operational and workforce requirements into structured plans, recommendations, business cases, and implementation approaches.

Previously at Cadware Limited, I led process-improvement initiatives, created future-state processes, developed requirements documentation, and built Power BI dashboards that gave senior leaders visibility of KPIs and progress.

Across Guaranty Trust Bank and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, I've worked in regulated environments on requirements workshops, gap analysis, vendor evaluations, system upgrades, testing, training, governance, and change management.
