I've led digital transformation and service-enhancement work at Home Group and Coventry University, improving housing and higher-education systems through clear requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder-led solution design.
At DOGELE, I supported deployment of a large-scale NHS Electronic Health Record system for a trust serving over 950,000 patients. I gathered requirements, developed business cases, coordinated with developers and suppliers, and managed UAT across project phases.
My work at First Bank of Nigeria focused on ERP and core banking transformation, where I defined technology requirements, managed backlogs, produced user stories and acceptance criteria, and supported delivery across the SDLC.
