At PwC UK, I worked across digital transformation, ERP implementation and process improvement engagements, turning stakeholder evidence into process maps, requirements and future-state recommendations. I produced more than 70 process maps and helped standardize complex procurement processes, including distributing 12 agreed process maps and 12 SOPs for the first phase of work.
For a contractor expense process, I mapped the workflow, identified approval bottlenecks and prototyped a solution using Microsoft Lists and SharePoint. Scenario-based testing and iterative refinement reduced manual processing by approximately 50–70%. I also conducted doctoral research at Robert Gordon University on corporate governance and accountability in the oil and gas industry.
