As a Sr. Service Support & Development Engineer, I serve as the global subject-matter expert for Wyatt software and MALS in Empower, supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance needs. I've helped drive more than $500,000 in won opportunities through compliance software and lab automation API integrations.

Previously, I supported HPLC CONNECT 3 and 4 launches, wrote user guides and release notes, and delivered field and sales training. I also launched a remote software IQ/OQ qualification service that generated $400,000 in annual recurring service revenue.

My foundation is in analytical chemistry, LC software workflows, Waters Empower, and technical support. I enjoy translating complex laboratory and customer needs into practical, validated software solutions.
