I am an experienced Technical Manager and Product Owner with over 14 years working across computer software and pharmaceutical industries, focused on laboratory informatics and business process automation.

I have led product definition and delivery for LIMS, Empower CDS, Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems, translating roadmaps into user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans while enforcing scrum practices.

My background includes full validation life cycle (IQ/OQ/PQ/VLC), GxP compliance, authoring SOPs and change control procedures, and hands‑on ETL and reporting using T‑SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI and Tableau.
