What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead shift operations, coordinate teams, and support customers with clear communication and strong organization—while continuing to grow with technical, 3D, and digital design skills in a collaborative environment.

I coordinate daily operations and teams with a focus on clear priorities, reliable documentation, and smooth communication across stakeholders. In my roles, I’m known for keeping work on track while handling unexpected operational challenges.

From 2019–2021, I worked in customer support and 3D technical design, creating and modifying 3D technical models from engineering documentation and assembling components into complete functional systems. I maintained quality standards and project accuracy while solving problems with a practical, deadline-driven mindset.

I also built experience in logistics and administration as a Dispatcher, coordinating transportation schedules and communicating with drivers and clients. Later, as a Care Assistant, I provided daily support, organized activities and appointments, and adapted quickly to individual needs with professional and empathetic communication.

Most recently, I’ve supervised shifts in fast-paced environments, organizing tasks and responsibilities, monitoring completion, and coordinating employee schedules and workflow. I’m currently developing new capabilities through an education pathway in game development, including Blender and 3D modeling and Unreal Engine fundamentals.
