I’m looking to drive accurate, compliant casualty claims resolutions—using analytics to reduce cycle time, partner across teams and counsel, and continuously improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction.

I’m a claims professional who focuses on casualty claims across personal and commercial lines—bringing structure, compliance, and a clear commitment to fair, timely outcomes. I lead through relationships and analysis, using claims data to improve efficiency while strengthening coverage decisions and customer experience.

In my current role as a Claim Advocate, I serve as the primary liaison between insureds, carriers, brokers, TPAs, and legal counsel to move matters smoothly through the entire claims lifecycle. I monitor loss trends and reserve adequacy, review complex liability and casualty claims, and coordinate strategic case management to support timely resolution and appropriate settlement.

Previously, I managed and coached claims teams as a Casualty Unit Manager and Team Lead, where I developed and implemented robust claims workflows, trained staff, and reviewed settlements to ensure SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Across my experience as a Claims Examiner, Litigation Claims Service Consultant, and Claims Specialist, I’ve consistently applied analytical problem-solving and litigation management practices to reduce claims cycle times and deliver actionable insights for process improvement.
