I designed and implemented process changes that reduced litigation expense 25%, increased early settlements 30%, and shortened claim cycle time by 120 days. I also use claims data and trend analysis to strengthen financial discipline and support executive reporting.
Previously, at Progressive Insurance, I evaluated complex commercial auto and TNC claims involving severe injury, coverage disputes, and excess exposure.
