I'm transitioning into data analytics from technical sales and diagnostics, applying structured root cause analysis to identify patterns, isolate issues, and recommend practical solutions.

At Papercor Holdings, I troubleshoot industrial printing equipment, reconcile financial ledger records in Sage Cloud, and maintain accurate client, pricing, product, and inventory data. I also designed a relational database and inventory-mapping system linking clients to product variants, pricing, and stock levels.

Previously at Graphix Supply World, I maintained CRM and transaction records, investigated technical enquiries, and managed orders from enquiry through fulfilment. My sales experience has also involved tracking KPIs, analysing market pricing and competitor trends, and explaining technical findings clearly to clients.

I'm completing a BSc in Computing through UNISA while building my analytics toolkit in SQL, statistics, Excel, Power BI, and Python. I bring a methodical diagnostic mindset and a focus on communicating useful findings to non-technical stakeholders.
