I previously supported statewide pharmacy licensing at the Florida Department of Health’s Board of Pharmacy. I reviewed applications, verified documentation, maintained regulatory records, and helped applicants navigate Florida licensing requirements.

My background also includes retail operations, inventory control, automotive logistics, insurance sales, and customer account support. At Boot Barn, I helped lead daily store operations, train employees, manage inventory, and support sales performance.

I bring over 10 years of experience handling sensitive information, high-volume documentation, data verification, customer communication, and process-driven operational work. I’m focused on accuracy, confidentiality, organized workflows, and resolving discrepancies before they create delays.
