What I'm looking for

A remote W-2 role at an early-stage company where I'm not siloed into one function. I want to do real work from day one and I have room to expand the scope as I prove myself. I'm self-directed, don't need hand-holding, and work well in ambiguous environments. Equity is a plus but not the priority. I'm looking for a team that moves fast and trusts people to figure things out.

I founded Presence Digital at 21 — built the site, service agreements, Stripe invoicing, and spec site pipeline from scratch. I've built client websites in React/Next.js, managed social media and Google Business Profiles for local businesses, and ran cold outreach campaigns from a 400+ lead pipeline built using Python and the Google Places API. I also built and deployed overnight AI automation systems using Groq and Ollama that run on a schedule without manual input.

My degree is in philosophy with a focus on ethics and political theory at near-graduate level. I'm trained to work through ambiguous problems methodically and communicate the reasoning clearly. I'm looking for a fully remote W-2 role in trust and safety, customer success, or operations where analytical thinking and self-direction are core to the work — not the bonus.
