I’m a Banking and Finance Honours graduate with over a year of hands-on internship experience across commercial banking and microfinance. I focus on accurate, compliant service—especially where cash handling, verification, and risk controls matter.

In my teller and branch banking exposure at CBZ Bank, I executed deposits, withdrawals, and account queries efficiently while following established banking procedures and AML/KYC requirements. I authenticated clients and transactions to help prevent fraud and loss, and I balanced cash against system records at the start, during, and end of each day.

I also bring a customer-experience mindset and strong cross-selling ability. I identified opportunities, referred clients to the right departments, and supported onboarding and use of mobile and internet banking platforms to encourage adoption of digital channels.

Earlier, as a Loan Officer Intern, I assessed micro-loan applications by evaluating creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and supporting documentation. I followed up on defaulters and clients in arrears, supported structured repayment negotiations, maintained accurate loan records, and contributed to reducing NPLs through client education and financial literacy.
