I’m a corporate real estate and residential property operations specialist whose career spans occupancy surveying at NYC’s Gensler Architecture to global facility planning and IWMS management for a major gaming company in Las Vegas.

I collaborate closely with department leaders and vendors to design optimal workspaces while upholding company standards. I’ve also leveraged data to build occupancy models that improve seating and workflow flexibility.

Recently, I expanded my scope by pivoting to Property Management at The Lakes at Summerlin, where I manage the end-to-end property lifecycle, coordinate daily maintenance, and enforce tenant lease compliance through clear communication.

From IWMS implementation support to restructuring space management modules, I focus on system improvements, IWMS data integrity through systematic updates, and client-facing consulting—using strong drafting and office productivity skills to deliver dependable outcomes.
