What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my corporate real estate, property operations, portfolio planning, and sustainability experience to complex facilities and strategic real estate work.

I'm currently coordinating property and facilities workflows at Susquehanna International Group, managing stakeholders, vendors, projects, life-safety programs, and a centralized lease-tracking system for a 30+ site global portfolio.

At MITRE, I led operational oversight for 37 sites, supporting lease decisions, vendor management, site strategy, capacity planning, forecasts, and executive reporting. Earlier at Cushman & Wakefield, I managed commercial properties totaling more than 250,000 square feet and developed capital improvement plans of up to $200M.

I've built my career around lease compliance, budgets, construction, tenant relationships, sustainability, and operational planning. I bring an MBA in Social Impact, property-management certifications, and experience using tools including Yardi, CoStar, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
