What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my utility, project-management, data-analysis, and customer-service experience to cross-functional work that improves processes, delivers customer outcomes, and supports clean-energy projects.

At Southern California Edison, I manage clean-energy projects for electric vehicle charging stations from intake through preliminary design, coordinating project managers, design hubs, district teams, supply chain, and customers to meet critical timelines. I build SharePoint trackers, Power BI dashboards, reports, workflows, training materials, and BRP3 intake processes that keep projects moving.

I've also supported customer-service replatforming, CRM operations, outage communications, rate analysis, and business accounts across SCE. I bring more than 15 years of analytical and customer-service experience in the energy industry, translating complex data, systems, outages, and utility processes into clear actions for customers and internal teams.
