What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead compliance-driven energy, solar, DER, or technical implementation programs where I can improve cross-functional workflows, project visibility, quality assurance, and construction-ready execution.

At the Center for Sustainable Energy, I lead operations for NYSERDA’s NY-Sun solar incentive program, managing contractor applications for solar and battery energy storage installations. I coordinate compliance, permitting readiness, stakeholder communication, and pre-construction planning across distributed energy resource programs.

I’ve managed workflows for more than 5,000 DER and PV contractors and built Excel and Salesforce tracking for 200+ solar and battery projects. Through Salesforce UAT with engineering and compliance teams, I helped reduce manual input errors by 30% while maintaining 95%+ accuracy across income verification and contractor submissions.

Earlier at Sutherland Global, I supported SaaS deployments, feature validation, QA collaboration, and high-volume technical support. I build practical SOPs, dashboards, checklists, and onboarding resources that make complex programs easier to operate and scale.
