I’m looking for a trust-driven office role where I can manage high-volume schedules, draft and file accurate legal documents, and support clients with discretion—partnering closely with attorneys and teams to keep cases and operations moving smoothly.

I’m an Office Manager and Legal Assistant with 15+ years in legal administration, real estate operations, and client relations. In my current role, I draft and prepare legal documents for matrimonial and family court proceedings, coordinate service for subpoenas and deposition notices, and keep matters on track by monitoring dockets, deadlines, and case decisions.

I also conduct legal research and analysis, summarize depositions and discovery for case strategy, and maintain highly organized physical and electronic files so documents are always retrieval-ready. Outside the law office, I’ve built strong operational instincts through real estate assistant management and closing coordination—handling compliance, escrow/billing accuracy, and client communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
