I'm looking to lead high-impact corporate and global event portfolios, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and use automation to improve planning, sourcing, compliance, and execution.

I'm currently driving conference and corporate event programs at Robert W. Baird & Co., serving as the bridge between event teams, Legal, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and business sponsors for a multimillion-dollar global portfolio.

I've modernized event workflows through Contract Lifecycle Management implementation, developed standardized planning policies, and led strategic sourcing for global incentive programs, multi-day conferences, and high-stakes corporate events.

At CIBC Bank USA, I led internal events including annual holiday parties and quarterly all-team meetings for more than 500 global guests. I also pioneered virtual and hybrid event frameworks and led a rebranding initiative across U.S. locations.

Earlier at Food For Thought Catering, I managed 25–40 corporate programs per week, generated more than $750,000 in annual revenue, and helped drive 30% year-over-year growth through event sales, planning, and execution.
