I lead full event lifecycles with strong focus on strategy, budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder alignment.

At IPG I planned and executed 80+ global meetings annually, managed event budgets up to $500K+, and consistently delivered 10–20% cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation. I developed SOPs and program components—like the Small Groups Desk and Extended Stay Production Desk—that improved operational efficiency and service delivery.

I built and sustained nationwide supplier partnerships, implemented legal and compliance addenda with cross-functional teams, and expanded Strategic Meetings Management Programs across LATAM to drive global program growth. I manage registration platforms (Cvent), travel systems (SABRE), and on-site execution with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
