At Philips, I design high-fidelity simulations and branching learning for global service engineers supporting medical imaging platforms. I turn device specifications, imaging data, and troubleshooting workflows into task-based training that supports safe, reliable clinical performance.
I prototype non-linear scenarios in Articulate Storyline, build multimedia learning assets, and create risk-free sandbox environments for hands-on practice. I also deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning, use analytics and Qualtrics feedback to improve content, and lead ISO 9001-aligned quality reviews.
Previously at Bryant University, I built digital learning architecture for certification and MBA programs, including an IDEA Design Thinking program serving 700+ learners annually. I partnered with subject matter experts on assessment, accessibility, LMS training, and continuous improvement across multiple departments.
My background also includes training educators, administering learning systems, introducing VR/AR curriculum pilots, and advising students and alumni across 200+ academic programs. I bring 15+ years of learner-centered design grounded in UDL, accessibility, evaluation, and practical performance support.
