What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead technical, compliance-driven learning redesign—building SCORM-ready eLearning and blended live training, partnering with SMEs, and owning LMS administration and accessibility-focused quality assurance.

I’m an instructional designer and learning experience designer who builds eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments for technical, compliance-driven, and education-focused audiences. I translate complex fire service, EMS, safety, procedural, and regulatory content into clear, learner-ready training—often for audiences with varied experience levels.

As a Lead Instructional Designer for the New Hampshire Division of Fire Standards and Training & EMS, I redesign legacy firefighter and EMS programs into structured online, blended, and instructor-supported learning experiences aligned with NFPA, NREMT, and state certification standards. I develop eLearning modules, instructor guides, learner materials, presentations, assessments, and supporting resources, then map curriculum and activities to certification requirements to support compliance and measurable outcomes.

I also own the learning platform experience: administering and maintaining LMS training environments for course deployment, user access, troubleshooting, content updates, testing, and ongoing support. I create interactive learning elements including SCORM packages, multimedia content, knowledge checks, and performance-based activities, then run quality assurance reviews and course pilots for usability, alignment, accessibility, and launch readiness.

Previously, I led eLearning and virtual/hybrid training development at Eduscape LLC, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design learning solutions for technology adoption and education-focused initiatives. Earlier, as an adjunct instructor at City University of New York, I taught writing and English language learner-focused courses and contributed to OER development and curriculum support through committee and fellowship programming.
