I’m looking for a role where I can support members and consumers with healthcare enrollment, help desk issue resolution, and accurate documentation. I want a team that values integrity, clear policies, and helping people get the coverage they need.

I’m results driven and self-starter with over 10 years of customer experience, focused on supporting people through healthcare eligibility and enrollment. I help consumers complete marketplace insurance applications, handle escalated callbacks, and rectify enrollment issues between consumers and insurance carriers. I assess consumers for health insurance after deadlines through special enrollment periods and verify/approve documentation to maintain coverage.

I also bring strong help desk and member support skills—addressing username and password issues, answering inbound questions, and canceling coverage involving Medicare and Medicaid when needed. Across Medicaid and telehealth-related work, I’ve prequalified eligibility, created incident tickets for troubleshooting, walked members through program choices, and updated immunization records with care for client needs.
