I’m looking for a healthcare-focused customer service role where I can support members, handle high-volume calls, assist with Medicaid/insurance enrollment, and resolve issues with compassionate, documented communication.

I’m a customer service and healthcare professional with 7+ years of experience in call center operations, healthcare support, insurance enrollment, patient services, and technical support. I bring strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, along with CPR and BLS certification.

Across my roles, I’ve handled high-volume inbound calls, supported patients and members with healthcare coverage questions, and ensured smooth appointment scheduling. I’ve also enrolled customers into healthcare plans under Medicaid programs, updated customer information and application status records, processed payments and copayments, and resolved customer concerns.

From troubleshooting account navigation and providing balance/deposit information to delivering direct behavioral health patient support and documenting daily care needs, I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments. I’m at my best when I can deliver compassionate support while accurately tracking records, appeals, and grievances.
