I currently coordinate global IT delivery across North America, LATAM, EMEA and Greater China, including Japan, supporting approximately 30,000 employees across 40 countries. My work involves coordinating 289 IT professionals across 11 teams and managing approximately US$10M in project and operational budgets.
I coordinated an enterprise migration involving approximately 20,000 users from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune, managing technical dependencies, stakeholder communication and operational readiness. I also participated in the migration from Gemalto MobilePass to Microsoft Authenticator and coordinated delivery and operational transition for a brand migration involving more than 5,000 employees.
Earlier, as a Trilingual Service Desk Analyst at HCLTech, I supported international medical-industry customers in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I’m currently driving initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption and productivity improvement, with the objective of improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
