• Technical Support, L2 (software/ hardware).
• Support for the new IT environment (Windows 10) for employees at the IDB headquarters (around 3000 PCs).
• Providing assistance to the use of computers and portable devices.
TCResponsibilities:
• Responsible to collect project’s results from Project Managers, grouping them in a weekly Status Report, which were sent to high management (Brazil and UK);
• Scheduling Meetings to present - to the managers from Brazil and the UK - the Weekly Status;
• Being the support center where centralized information is found to provide strategic decisions.
