What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer success or customer support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage client requests and data accurately, collaborate with internal teams, and provide reliable follow-up.

I've supported customers at Chartmetric and Stinger Apparel, responding to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer and business records in remote environments.

As a freelance Customer Success, Virtual Assistant, and Data Entry Administrator, I've managed emails, calendars, schedules, task trackers, client requests, research, and document management while keeping follow-up reliable and timely.
