I hold multiple diplomas in Computer Architecture, Computer Networking, and Digital Forensic Investigation and have practical hands-on experience supporting IT projects, troubleshooting hardware and software, and conducting digital forensic research.

My work history includes roles as an IT intern, assistant manager, and health care assistant, where I developed strengths in team leadership, operational efficiency, and client-facing communication. I have overseen daily operations, provided staff training, and supported clinical administrative processes, demonstrating adaptability across technical and service environments.
