Dumiso Mvula

I’m an entry-level IT Technician Assistant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and hands-on experience supporting computers, networks, and data systems. I’ve also earned certifications in building a website using WordPress and using Figma.

In my industrial academic attachments at IBS, I supported computer services, network troubleshooting, maintenance and cabeling installations, CCTV cameras installations, and ensured data quality through data input and updating, data verification, and record management, including database maintenance. More recently at ATS, I assisted with administrative support, system maintenance and upgrades, LAN/WAN and internet monitoring, user account and permissions management, regular backups and data recovery, and security monitoring by keeping antivirus and firewall systems up to date. I bring strong leadership, teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving to every task.
