What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my healthcare background and administrative skills to a Medical Virtual Assistant role supporting healthcare providers and their patients remotely.

At the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), I managed employee health services, medical reimbursements, insurance claims, and confidential health records. I coordinated referrals and followed up on pending claims and documentation.
