What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team where I can lead HCI/UX research and design end-to-end—pairing usability and analytics with accessible, service-minded interaction design—so insights translate into measurable adoption, engagement, and faster task completion.

I’m a Human Computer Interaction practitioner with 8+ years across CX strategy, UX/UI research, and product design in enterprise, government, and consumer environments. I pair qualitative and quantitative research with service blueprinting, information architecture, and high fidelity design to turn insight into measurable product outcomes.

In recent work, I led research and design for an AI adoption platform that showed small and midsize business owners real dollars and profit potential before spending a cent. I also validated designs through moderated usability testing on multi-state prototypes, enforcing 44px touch targets to meet WCAG 2.2 (2.1 AA) accessibility standards, and partnering with product managers and engineers each sprint to align research findings to prioritized backlogs.

I bring rigor from both practice and publishing—coauthoring an EMNLP-accepted paper (SciEvent) and translating research frameworks into design direction. Across enterprise redesigns, I refined design systems to cut handoff time by ~40%, achieved WCAG 2.2 compliance across audited flows, and iterated over months of usability testing in collaboration with engineering via Jira.
