In my role as Clinical Support Staff at Litchfield Family Practice Center, I began as a COVID-19 symptom screener and quickly transitioned to working directly with Dr. Laura Watt’s clinical team. I take pride in preparing patients for appointments, ensuring accurate documentation, and creating a smooth visit experience. My previous experience as an Assistant Manager at Shoe Sensation has equipped me with strong leadership skills, allowing me to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
