I’m a people-focused professional with 10+ years of customer-facing experience across dental and retail environments. I’m known for building trust quickly, staying organized under pressure, and communicating clearly to create calm, polished, positive experiences.

In my current role as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, I deliver detail-oriented patient experiences by coordinating procedures, records, room setup, and clinical flow. I schedule appointments, maintain client records, support inventory readiness, and help ensure cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced professional environment.

Before that, I supported patient preparation and treatment coordination while managing the day-to-day service needs of a busy dental office. I’ve also built long-term patient trust through reliable follow-through—handling appointment support, billing/insurance details, X-rays, record updates, and front-office style service.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my consultative selling and leadership skills through showroom and visual merchandising roles, including Sales support, POS/cash handling, follow-up, and customer retention. I bring a strong eye for presentation—translating that into confident client guidance and a smoother buying experience.
