I'm looking for a project, process, or operations role where I can use Scrum, data-driven process improvement, automation, risk management, and quality controls to deliver measurable results.

At Lloyds Bank, I help deliver API-based dashboard solutions, shape Definition of Ready frameworks, and structure Jira workflows for program transparency.

I've managed institutional projects for the Administrative Ministry of the Presidency & OGTIC, including development of the president's management system platform.
