I’m a Business Analyst and IT Project Manager with more than five years of experience delivering digital transformation, process optimisation and regulatory projects in the banking sector. I specialise in translating complex business needs into structured IT requirements, efficient business processes and practical solutions that create measurable business value.

At DZ Privatbank, I led and contributed to cross-functional IT and process improvement projects, acting as the interface between business departments, IT teams and external software vendors. I introduced process management across the organisation by establishing governance structures, process ownership, standards and Signavio as the process management platform. I also led the implementation of workflow automation, covering requirements engineering, contract negotiations, dashboard definition, budget monitoring, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing. In addition, I contributed to the implementation of a CRM system and continuously supported business units by identifying pragmatic IT solutions using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and UiPath.

I have extensive experience in requirements engineering, BPMN 2.0 process modelling, stakeholder management, Agile Scrum environments, workshop facilitation, management reporting and business process optimisation. Earlier in my career, I contributed to the successful migration of working time data for approximately 13,000 employees during the Deutsche Bank/Postbank separation project, which received the Postbank Award (Gold – Efficiency).

Recently, I completed two postgraduate Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Renewable & Conventional Energy Generation and Engineering Fundamentals of Energy Management at the University of Koblenz, expanding my technical expertise in the energy sector. I am now looking to combine my experience in business analysis and IT project management with digital transformation initiatives in IT, banking or sustainable industries.
