What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow mining businesses by combining metallurgical process expertise, technical sales, strategic account development, and partnerships that improve plant performance and create sustainable revenue.

I've built mining business and improved plant performance with BASF across Africa, South Africa, and Australia, delivering chemical reagent solutions for flotation, solvent extraction, solid-liquid separation, agglomeration, leaching, coal, phosphate, sulfide, and non-sulfide ore operations.

At KIPEL DRC, I've secured annual supply contracts for mineral-processing flocculants and SX plant diluent in Kolwezi. I've also developed international OEM, equipment, laboratory, ventilation, refrigeration, and industrial-cleaning partnerships to expand technical services and mining consumables for major DRC operators.

Previously at BASF, I led pilot and plant trials, account-growth strategies, technical support, market intelligence, forecasting, and commercialization projects. I managed mining accounts across Africa and supported BASF's flotation business in New South Wales through customer consultations, coal and sulphide flotation trials, and supply-chain coordination.

My foundation in extractive metallurgy includes plant audits, KPI monitoring, process optimization, technical reporting, research, and operational controls at Anglo American Iron Ore. I bring metallurgical engineering education, published heap-leaching research, and a practical commercial focus to helping mining clients improve performance and build sustainable value.
