At Allina Health, I designed and co-developed nearly 25 onboarding and continuing education courses, applying adult learning principles and aligning content with departmental goals. I also facilitate virtual, in-person, and blended instruction and onboard new employee cohorts.
Previously, I taught sixth grade at Community of Peace Academy and worked as a substitute teacher, tutor, and teaching and events intern. Across these roles, I adapted instruction and learning materials for varied audiences, including students with physical and intellectual impairments.
