Zac Galan-Skinner

I’m an adaptable educator and training facilitator with over 20 years of experience adjusting materials for diverse audiences in classroom, virtual, and hybrid settings. I’m flexible and process oriented, collaborating to optimize workflows and deliver results with limited resources.

In my current role, I’ve redesigned training plans for new hires and create training documents for facilitators and new hires. I facilitate sessions teaching technical and interpersonal skillsets, procure new technologies to improve the training process, and assess and coach new hires to strengthen technical and customer service skills.

Previously, I led Montessori curriculum instruction for a 1 to 3 mixed grade class, managing all facets of education and leading teams of educators and specialists. I also developed curricula beyond Montessori (including social justice and modern reading education) and adapted Montessori curriculum for virtual lessons during the 2020 pandemic lockdown.
