What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can support events and troubleshoot tech quickly, using strong communication, negotiation, and marketing instincts to deliver a seamless guest experience and keep growing.

I’m an agent who helps create smooth, tech-enabled guest experiences. I’ve supported VR concert experiences by checking in fans, troubleshooting tech issues, and coordinating with other agents to keep events running efficiently.

At Fashion Institute of Technology, I worked as a Tech Navigator, providing on-call tech support and communicating with staff at different technical levels to resolve equipment issues quickly. I also handled cash and contributed to marketing by engaging with audiences around items like food, beauty, and household products.

My experience also includes volunteer support at the New York Asian Film Festival, where I scanned tickets, ushered guests, and assisted panels through crowd interaction. I bring strong writing and storytelling strengths alongside customer service, negotiation, and selling skills—so guests feel supported and confident from start to finish.
