I own technical implementations spanning system configuration, API integrations, live customer training, and connected hardware. I troubleshoot software, hardware, integration, and workflow issues while partnering with engineering and product teams to turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Previously, I built front-end features at Style.re using JavaScript, CSS, and Tailwind within an agile workflow supported by GitHub and Jira.

My background also includes managing regulated analytical laboratory operations at Carbon Labs and quality-control processes at Hytek, bringing data analysis, compliance, SOP development, and operational discipline to customer-facing technical work.
