What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success, partner support, or onboarding role where I can build responsive cross-market relationships, improve adoption of tools and programs, and prevent customer issues before they escalate.

I've spent 10+ years as the day-to-day contact for B2B partners and B2C clients across fashion, luxury retail, travel, e-commerce, and hospitality.

At Farfetch – Black & White, I supported premium Italian boutique partners and their luxury clients, handling onboarding follow-ups, end-to-end issue resolution, and product and brand content quality checks before errors reached customers.

I've also guided hotel clients through TravelClick channel-manager implementation, supported Italian travel trade partners at Logitravel, and coordinated onboarding and digital rollouts for local client teams at ctrl QS GmbH.

Now at Cemadis Hospitality, I'm the safeguard for guest-facing content and vendor coordination. I work fluently across Italian, English, and Spanish to keep cross-market stakeholders informed, supported, and satisfied.
