I’m an aspiring customer service professional with extensive experience in hospitality and food service industries. I’m seeking a remote customer service position where I can leverage strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.

As a Customer service representative at Fairfield Inn & suites, I greet and assist guests at the front desk, handle inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism, and coordinate with other departments to support issue resolution. I also answer and direct incoming phone calls, maintain guest privacy, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Previously, as a Customer service associate at Wendys, I took customers’ orders, processed payments, managed inventory and restocked supplies, promoted store specials and deals, and resolved complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention. I’m approachable, attentive, empathetic, and dedicated to communicating effectively about potential issues while solving problems effectively.
