In my roles as a Customer Service Representative / Cashier and in customer-facing work at Kroger, I assisted customers with questions, purchases, and issue resolution, maintaining a friendly, professional experience. I consistently entered information accurately into company systems, followed procedures, and documented details with attention to accuracy.

I’m especially interested in a remote customer service position where I can provide outstanding support. I’m comfortable working independently from home, learning new systems and procedures quickly, and using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with email communication, internet research, and video conferencing platforms.
