I seek a data-driven role where I can apply analytics and vendor management to improve operations, deliver measurable efficiency gains, and mentor colleagues in adopting analytical tools.

I am a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics, vendor management, and process optimization. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Technology and Innovation with First Class Honours and have applied academic rigor to real-world business challenges.

In my roles I have managed vendor relationships across 100+ clients, developed and implemented analytics dashboards that reduced product expiry waste, and delivered 200+ training programs to increase tool adoption. I have also organized large in-person and online events and created 30+ analytical eLearnings to onboard agents to performance metrics.

I bring technical proficiency in advanced data analytics, performance reporting, forecasting, demand planning, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and data visualization, combined with trilingual communication abilities in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
