What I'm looking for

I am looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment that values quality and innovation, where I can further develop my skills and contribute to impactful projects.

Spent 10 years in software quality — in the last 5 owning end to end for Nova Wallet, a top-rated crypto wallet (4.8 App Store / 4.9 Google Play) in the Polkadot ecosystem. Sole QA for iOS and Android: test strategy, risk analysis, release quality gates for a two-week cadence, e2e automation wired into CI, and production monitoring with tools like Sentry, Firebase and Grafana.

Before that, I led a mobile QA department of 3 apps at a high-load trading platform and ran performance testing for banking systems at EPAM and Sberbank Tech — so I'm equally at home writing test plans and coordinating teams in parallel.

What sets my work apart today is AI-first practice: I design and operate AI-based agentic workflows daily — test generation, documentation, root-cause analysis — and I've defined automation strategies that outlive my direct involvement.

Earlier career: retail store director and product owner of a SaaS startup — which is where the stakeholder management and people leadership come from.
