I’m looking to own QA quality strategy end-to-end—pairing deep system understanding with structured process design, reliable test automation, and clear cross-team communication to ship complex products predictably.

I’m a Senior QA Engineer and Quality Lead with 14 years of experience across fintech, adtech, automotive, and enterprise domains. I’m known for understanding systems deeply rather than hunting bugs—bringing structured thinking, process design, and cross-functional communication to complex products.

I’ve owned quality strategy end-to-end, including leading small QA teams and driving improvements that actually stick. I’ve reduced severity one tickets, resolved chronic release instability by creating transparent, predictable development and testing, and documented flows for highly complex legacy systems.

Because I was also a PM, I approach quality as a delivery partner: requirements review, stakeholder management, test documentation, sign-off, and post-release testing.
