I'm leading nursing operations at Amira Choice Bloomington across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care, supporting safe, consistent, resident-centered service delivery.

Previously, I directed memory care at Havenwood of Richfield, coordinating assessments, service plans, level-of-care changes, family conferences, physician orders, medication administration records, emergency response, and regulatory reporting. I work closely with families, physicians, pharmacies, hospice, home health, and interdisciplinary partners.

My clinical background includes wound care case management with Best Care Home Health, travel RN assignments, medical-surgical nursing at Miami Valley Hospital, and long-term-care nursing. I've assessed and treated complex wounds, developed individualized care plans, educated patients and families, and improved outcomes for high-risk patients.

I bring more than nine years of progressive nursing experience, calm leadership, strong follow-through, and a commitment to regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality improvement.
